So my parents just got my brother and i 2 boy guinea pigs (Skunky and Twix) they’re 8 weeks old and we got them 2 days ago We’ve researched how to take care of them and all the things we need and my mom talked to the pet store owner, but I have a few questions. I can’t tell if they’re just playing with each other or if they’re fighting. I know ovbiously they’re going to mess with each other but if it gets bad do we just take them away? And I’ve read and listened to all the sounds the guinea pigs make and their meanings but when mine are making it I can never remember what they mean! If there’s an easier way to do that, it would be helpful and i know they’re suppossed to eat the vitamin c thingy but they won’t eat it on their own or when we try to give it to them. And when they’re eating is it ok to pick them up or should we leave them alone because they’re happy? My brother always tries to pick them up but I want him to just let them be And i know this is a stupid question but whenever i try to pick them up i get scared because they run away then i feel like they know i’m scared then they get even more scared! Is their an easier way to pick them up? If anyone could answer any of these questions i would really appreciate it and if you have any other suggestions that would be great!! thanks!!

I recently have found my left notril stiff at the bottom sorta like a bump but inside the skin? Its sore and red i know its not a pimple or a black head im wondering what else it could be ive taken cold medicine tylenol and fish oil pills ( helps give healthy skin) just recently hoping it will pass by this red lump. Can you give me any ideas what it is and some common household pills to get rid of it or remedies to eprform to get rid of it

Would you do it if they are turning your home into a spot for selling drugs? I know rehab is also an option but living in such a hopeless place, it probably won’t have long term results. It is actually my brother. My mom doesn’t want to turn him in. I guess that’s a mother’s love. But I have had enough to the point where I want to move out, but at the same time I don’t want to leave my mom at risk. His girlfriend is his middle “man”, she’s the one who sells and runs around doing the dirty work and even has people come to the house to buy. She always gets in the middle of family disputes too, she is an instigator who has damaged our family. What should I do?

TL:DR recurring girl in my life – what’s her deal?
So there’s this girl who’s been in and out of my life for ages. We’re in our early twenties now.
We knew each other as kids, she lives two blocks down. I tried to date her late in highschool, it ended miserably (a guy friend of hers convinced her I was bad and then revealed he wanted to screw her – she apologized months later), and we saw each other on and off. Went to the same college, hit some events together. At one rock concert I got quite a few bruises keeping her out of the mosh pit.
And then she goes dead on me for like six months at a time. Suddenly she wants to meet for coffee, we hang out and have a great time, then she disappears again. This repeats years.
Also I’ve been dating other chicks on and off this whole time, so I’m not hopelessly falling for her or some lame thing. But I’m usually single when we grab coffee or hit up an art gallery.
Then last week she calls me up and says she wants to catch up. School is over for me, broke up with my ex last month, so I got time and am bored – so I’m like cool.
We meet there and this guy shows up. I know it’s not a date, but I want to flip out. Turns out she was passing him some prescription meds. Okay, so they’re not together. But she just used me as some sort of bodyguard?! After they’re done, I walk her to her car and tell her to never do that around me again – I’m in criminology and will be working with the state police this spring. Sure it’s just medications, but no thanks
An hour later she texts me begging me to not tell her friends or anyone else. So I say sure, I don’t rat on friends (and I don’t – this is anonymous, so chill).
She hasn’t talked to me since.
What should I do with her?
I’ve always been attracted to her to some degree, but she’s never around enough for me to get anywhere with it. She’s got an anxiety disorder, which made this difficult when we were younger, but I think she trusts me now. Which kinda bit me in the *** with that drug deal.

he has had many surgeries, don’t get me wrong… But he is also taking a lot of different intravenous drugs (insolin, HGH, ghb, and whatever else) also morphine and possibly still norcos he takes daily. He used to b an alcoholic, but can’t drink now. He had all kinds of problems very young from drinking that resulted in a lot of surgery and a lot of pain meds, which i know he’s addicted to. My question is, does anyone even if they need to use the bathroom often, need to be in the bathroom for 2-3hrs 4+ times a day? I just can’t wrap my head around it, and he gets so angry when i mention it. I can’t tell if if its pride or shame. He’s my big brother, he’d never tell me. What do u think it is?

I am only an undergraduate freshman, but I would like to gain as much experience as I can. Which websites could I use to find internships? Also, how could I get them to accept me over other applicants. Since I am a freshman, my resume is basically empty. I need to get internships so I can build up a resume.

Charles Manson: This serial killer has re-defined evil. He was the leader of a hippie cult in San Francisco known as “The Family” formed around 1967. Members were mostly men and women who were rebelling against their parents and in deep emotional trouble. He used drugs and convinced them to go on killing rampages to rob the wealthy to provide for “The Family”. They would then write messages soaked in the blood of the victims on the walls of the house.
Ted Bundy: One of the most notorious serial killers in history, he was responsible for the rape and murder of several women between 1974 and 1978. An educated and charming young man, he either raped and then killed the women or killed and then raped them. His method of killing was either by strangulation or by bludgeoning the women. He was arrested on the 16th of August, 1975, but escaped within 17 hours of his capture. He was subsequently arrested on the 15th of February, 1978. On the 24th of January, 1989, Ted Bundy was sent to the electric chair.
David Berkowitz: Known as the “Son of Sam”, he was responsible for killing six women and wounding several others in shootings using a .44 caliber pistol in the 1970s in New York City. He was arrested by the Police on the 10th of August, 1977 outside his apartment in New York.

Mary Ann Cotton: She was an English Serial Killer and had killed more than 20 people, including her own children, by using arsenic and then collected their insurance money. She was hanged on the 24th of March, 1873 at the Durham County Jail.
Marybeth Tinning: Working as a nurse’s aide, she was notorious for having killed nine of her own children by strangulating them and taking them to the hospital almost dead. She went un-noticed by the hospital authorities for a very long time, since they thought that these deaths were a genetic problem in the family. When she brought her adopted son to the hospital in an unconscious state, and he was later declared to be dead, the doctors began to suspect foul play. She was convicted on the 17th of July, 1987 and was sentenced to life imprisonment.
Nannie Doss: Also known as the “Giggling Granny” she was responsible for the killing of 11 people between 1920 and 1954. Her victims included her two sisters, her mother, a grandson, a nephew and her four husbands. She was sentenced to life imprisonment in 1955 and died 10 years later of leukemia.
Belle Gunness: Born in 1859, her whereabouts still unknown, she was responsible for the killings of more than 20 suitors and all of her children. Belle was also famous for burning down houses and collecting insurance money for the property and for her dead husbands. Later on, she progressed to placing an advertisement for a husband in a newspaper and luring prospective suitors to her home and killing them. She would bury the bodies in her farm and hog pen.
Dorothea Puente: In 1988, this 60 year old woman was sentenced to serve two terms of life imprisonment for the murders of at least 9 people. She would run a boarding house for elderly disabled people, and rob them of their benefit money. She would also kill them and keep on taking the government benefits by forging their checks.
Aileen Wuornos: An American Serial Killer, she was a prostitute and was put to death by lethal injection on the 9th of October, 1992. She was charged with killing seven men, who she claimed (attempted to) rape her while she was working as a prostitute.

I worked for a company where I took care of autistic people in their homes in Pennsylvania. I can give more detail if necessary, but basically what happened to me was the county realized during an investigation into the house I worked at that incorrect medicines were given to my client, and they told me to inform my company and that they had to fill out the appropriate paper work to the state showing the mistake.
When I reported this to my superiors, they told me to come in for a meeting. At the meeting, my two bosses left to discuss with the owner of my company the situation, and when they came back they told me that I had to forge medical documents and continue to dive incorrect medicines in order to cover up the mistake.
Because this came straight from the owner, I didn’t know what to do, so fearing for my clients safety for having to take incorrect medicine, I called the state. I was then called a couple of days later by my company and told there was an investigation into my house and I was to be suspended until it was over
I ended up being suspended for two and a half months, even though everyone else in my house was called back after a week or two. During this tie, I called repeatedly to my bosses and no one ever answered. So I showed up to the office and they told me I was still under investigation.
Eventually I filed for unemployment. The company challenged it so I had to show up for an appeal. At the appeal, they said they fired me (this was the first I had been told this) because I missed a meeting. They then admitted when I questioned them that they never informed me of the meeting, and that they don’t usually fire people for missing meetings.
They also admitted that legally they were only allowed to suspend me for 4 weeks. When they said this, the arbiter at the meeting asked them how they justified suspending me for over 10 weeks. They thought for a while and said “No comment”. I told the arbiter that I felt like I was being punished for calling the state, and he asked the if that was true. They again said they didn’t wish to comment. (I have a transcript of this hearing and supposedly its a legal document because we were sworn in)
I won my unemployment, but its nowhere near the money I was making at work as I was averaging about 80 hrs a week. I also put my name in at several company’s in the area that do similar work, and despite me being very qualified, I haven’t been called back, I’m afraid because I now have a reputation as someone who will call the state. Worst of all, because I’m no longer with the company, I’m not even allowed to contact all of the clients I worked with that I really cared about.
I have looked online but I’m having trouble finding information on these types of cases in the health care industry. It seems as if I may have a whistle blower case, but apparently all states whistle blower laws are different. Most of the lawyers I called said they dont handle these types cases or that the only whistle blower cases they handle are qui tam cases.
Can anyone give me any advice on if I have a case, and what my next step would be?
