My husband and i are trying to get pregnant, i heard that it is a good thing to start taking prenatal vitamins while trying to conceive. My question is should i take my regular vitamins and the prenatal vitamins or stop taking my regular vitamins?

i dont not refuse treatment. i am very cooperative, but they decided to lie to me and put me through a lot like like when i go somewhere you can hear a voice saying crazy stuff like she’s comming and when i walk into the class everyones looking at me crazy thinkin ive lost my mind. i dont hear voices people what they do is do is act on the symptoms before they happen like i told you what happen in the class room before. this is a realistic situation parents do do crazy stuff to make sure i dont get real sick. im 18 years old im taken 2mg of respridol. im tired of them because i feel i have the resources to ensure that im okay. there are medicines and therapy. i cant be walikin around with people thinkin im crazy because of the crazy stuff their doin. im in a shity situation. im 18 i want to live a normal life. how long will they keep this going. their not God contoling me and my souroundings. the other day my step mom said she was trying to convince that their was acure for schizophrenia! what do you think about that. they already put me through hell and back im sick of this bullshit. i cant so a gosh damn thing without this muthafucker tryiing to prevent my illness from getting worser. they put me through some crazy treatment + i found this product called true hope empower plus and my step mom shot me down becasue it cost so much when she is sending her 20 year old daughter to a 40,0000 dollar school called TCU. that f up. and i am so furious with my family.

I did sniffed cocaine last weekend and it sort of hurt but since Saturday it started hurting a lot more. Could I have strep throat? Or a throat infection? Also, I have smoked, smoked weed, and drank since then. I am taking Buckley’s medicine and Nyquil medicine to help and it kinda helps but I still feel pain. Help, please.

Since its winter and I catch colds easily (even tho I get enough vitamin C) I can’t go outside. I have a Wii & a Wii fit balance board. How long should I play on the Wii each day & what games/excercises should I do? also is it a good idea to keep a food diary?

Hello, I currently go to University and live in a student house. I have made some good friends so far at university but i hate the fact that everyone likes to party,drink,some use drugs like weed, and have sex. I tried going to a party but i never really liked it, it’s not for me. I usually drink but i drink within my limit so i dont get wasted because my friends usually are and i stop them from doing anything stupid. Also i hate the whole idea of drugs since i’ve seen drugs destroy some of my old friend’s/family member’s lives. I was in 2 relationships before Uni and none of them involved sex and i thought it waited 18 years already might as well wait until marriage.
Also I put my uni work before anything else. My parents have always been at average income and i feel since they’re paying for my education, the only way i ccan re-pay them is by doing well.
Because of the reasons listed above people usually call me weird, a loser, and even gay (since i dont have sex with girls).
Well does all of this make me a loser and weird?

Alright so I have a bad cough and I asked my dad for some cough medicine. He poured me a dose of liquid codeine and I took it. It was chunky and not normal. I looked at the bottle to see when it expired. It expired 7 years ago. I’m not sure if I should be freaking out or not. Can someone please seriously tell me if I’m safe or not?
