Irritable, Tired, Poor Concentration, Crying?

Lately, i’m tired, irritable, i can’t concentrate, i cry all the time, i get overwhelmed in big groups, all i want to do is runaway to somewhere, where i can be by myself, i get angry easily, I have too much spare time, i keep myself busy constantly, i don’t want to be at school anymore and honestly i just want live in my own little world.
I take tablets for low vitamin B12
I have some form anxiety
I’m on the pill.
Any idea what’s wrong with me? My symptoms are making me increasingly more numb and i cry so easily.
